From infrastructure depth to transformation leadership.

Arif Hossen has spent more than two decades working where infrastructure, software delivery, security and operations meet. His work spans cloud platforms, Kubernetes and OpenShift, DevSecOps, observability, identity and emerging AI platform architecture.

That breadth has developed a systems view: technology choices matter, but operating models, governance and learning determine whether those choices create lasting value.

Alongside consulting and architecture, Arif contributes through professional communities, university engagement, technical speaking, coaching and mentoring.
